Any extra reports needed at any time are added to your payrolls at no additional charge. This includes any reports we need to create for you at any time.
Tax Filing Options
With the optional Tax Alert Service each payroll will include a tax liability report. This report will list all the tax liabilities for the pay period and the due date. With this option, you will be responsible for completing your own payroll tax payments.

Payroll Tax Resolution

This report provides a record of the payroll activity for each employee and company
totals, including hours, earnings, taxes, deductions and reimbursements, net pay and
Check Reconciliation Report
A list of checks written, to whom, the check number and the amount.
Direct Deposit Listing Report
Similar to a Check Reconciliation Report, but lists employee direct deposit transactions.
Department Analysis Report
This report provides an overview of current and month to date payroll activity, including
hours, earnings, deductions, employee and employer taxes. This report is useful when
transferring totals to your general ledger.
Tax Liability Report
Providing current tax liability amounts for each tax, current taxable wages, month to date
tax amount and quarter to date tax amounts. If you choose to deposit your own tax
liabilities the due dates are provided as well.
Workers Compensation Reports
Workers Compensation Summary: This report provides a breakdown of premiums due by
workers compensation codes and by department.
This report provides general employee information as well as year to date earnings, taxes,
deductions and deduction goals.
401K Benefit Report
Allows tracking of employee and employer contributions on a current, month and year to

New Hire Reporting
As of 1997, all employers are required to report information about newly hired and re-hired employees to the appropriate state agency within 20 days from the date of hire. PayRunner handles all the new hire reporting requirements by reporting all the necessary information to the correct agency. This service is offered to you at no additional charge.
