Submitting Payroll – Payroll Made Simple
- Our payroll process is very simple – you have several options.
- Simply call your payroll into our staff
- Fax your payroll information to our offices
- Email your hours to our staff
- Transmit it through our user friendly PC software online (Execupay Platinum HR)
- Print reports and checks from your office
- Do Nothing! If your payroll stays the same each pay period, PayRunner will process your payroll and deliver it to you.
You don’t even have to lift a finger. Your payroll is processed and delivered to your office or personal web portal.
If you choose the optional Tax Filing Service, we”ll deduct the total payroll tax liabilities from your account each pay period and electronically transfer the funds to the appropriate agencies. If you choose the optional Tax Alert Service each payroll we will include a tax liability report. This report will list all the liabilities for the pay period and the due date. With this option you are responsible for completing your own payroll tax liability payments.
Your employee’s wages are directly deposited into their bank accounts. They will receive a direct deposit voucher each pay period.
